Meet the Team

Practitioners, not theorists.

Between us, we've shipped products, led engineering orgs, and transformed how businesses actually work. We built FutureProof because we kept seeing the same problem: great teams with powerful tools and no system to use them well.

David Gottlieb
Founder · UX & AI Operations

David Gottlieb

David spent a decade doing UX research inside companies like ServiceNow, Workday, and OKX — figuring out why workflows break down and what it actually takes to fix them. Now he applies that same lens to AI adoption. He's not here to help you buy more tools. He's here to help you build a system that works. David designs and runs FutureProofUX's AI Operations Sprints, and he's the one who turns your messiest workflow problems into something a real team can act on.

Dean Reina
Software Architecture & Technical Strategy

Dean Reina

Dean is one of the youngest people in Workday's history to reach Senior Principal Architect and Director. In his decade there, he launched products used by hundreds of thousands, holds patents in adoption analytics, and built the company's software architecture career track from scratch. He brings genuine technical depth to FutureProofUX — so when we design an AI workflow, it's built on architecture that can actually scale. Dean makes sure we're not just thinking about what's possible now, but what holds up six months from now.

Chandler Packard
AI Operations & Go-to-Market Strategy

Chandler Packard

Chandler has spent 10+ years guiding companies through technology transformations — from Salesforce implementations to full RevOps overhauls. He runs Packard Collective, a community of AI practitioners, and works at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. He's unusually good at cutting through ambiguity: finding where the real friction lives and building the operational scaffolding to clear it. If you need AI to connect to how your business actually sells and grows, Chandler is your person.

The CRAFT Cycle.

Every engagement follows the same proven methodology. It's how we deliver consistent results regardless of sector, size, or AI maturity.

C
Clear Picture

Understand the current state — data, processes, people, technology.

R
Realistic Design

Identify opportunities ranked by ROI, feasibility, and readiness.

A
Assess Fit

Test assumptions against real data, workflows, and constraints.

F
Frame the Case

Build the business case with projections leadership can act on.

T
Team Rollout

Transfer knowledge and build capability your team owns.

01

Structure is the differentiator — not the software.

Most businesses don't need more AI tools. They need properly configured AI systems built around how their team actually works.

02

We partner with the tools you're already paying for.

We don't sell software. We help you get everything out of what you already have — then build from there.

03

We leave you with infrastructure, not dependency.

Playbooks your team owns. Processes they can repeat. Results they can measure. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.
